Limited Warranty

1 Warranty Period

All products are covered by a 3-year limited warranty from the date of shipment, including:

• LED light bars
• LED drivers
• Other accessories (tracks, connection cables)

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product.

2 What Is Covered

This warranty covers defects arising from normal use of the product, including:

• Manufacturing defects
• Material defects
• Non-human-caused electrical failures
• Luminous decay: LED light output will remain at no less than 70% of initial lumen output within the 3-year warranty period

This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from TITATEC or its authorized resellers. Products purchased from unauthorized third parties are not covered.

3 What Is NOT Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Physical damage caused by accident, misuse, or abuse (e.g., dropping, impact, liquid immersion)
• Improper installation, including incorrect voltage connection or short circuit
• Unauthorized modification or repair
• Damage caused by abnormal voltage fluctuations or power surges
• Damage caused by natural disasters (e.g., lightning, flood)
• Use outside the rated operating environment (e.g., excessive temperature or humidity)

4 Warranty Claim Process

To file a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

• Notify us within 30 days of discovering the defect.
• Provide the following information:
  • Photos of the defective product
  • Order number
  • Description of the issue

5 Remedy

If a valid claim is approved, we will provide replacement components at no charge.

We will cover the shipping cost for both the return of the defective part and the delivery of the replacement part.

If the same defect recurs more than twice within the warranty period, we may, at our discretion, provide a full product replacement.

6 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of business, or damage to property.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by jurisdiction.

TITATEC reserves the right to modify or update this warranty policy at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of purchase applies.
